Food, Fire, and The Human Brain By Bryan Quoc Le

For sometime I have read or viewed different thoughts on Food and the Human Brain. I am in much agreement food cooked just before consumption is indeed a recipe for our growth.

I recently wrote Food Defines You on Medium. The chemical reactions we received from cooked food gives us a higher level of energy, for we as humans, to grow and adapt to the current environment we live in. In my view, it is all about the quality of energy we receive from food which is cooked just before consumption, than food which is processed, reheated, then consumed.

After all, if we were left on a deserted island with no modern day appliances, how else would we survive? I bet we would cook our food than consume it right away! Enjoy!
