“Spirit”

“Spirit”

Could it be to “enhance my self-worth,” is simply to “embrace my Spirit?” With all life functions within my mind, body, and soul, are they nothing more then living energy to house and enrich my “Spirit?” Merriam Webster’s dictionary’s definition of the word “Spirit”: the force within a person that is believed to give the body life, energy, and power. As a person, am I allowing my “Spirit” to be diminish, when I allow others to dampen my “Spirit?” Am I sharing my “Spirit” with others who are in need to “enhance their self-worth?” Is my “Spirit” vibrant and full of life or is in need of repair?

I have witness such a person with a “Spirit” full of life and energy. A person, at first glance, would not give you this impression! A person who is dealing with some of life’s challenges and has overcome many of them from the past! Yet, when I met this person, I cannot help but to have my “Spirit” lifted and energized. A connection which transfers their energy to mine. A feeling of serenity and happiness abound. A “Spirit” which begins to “enhance my self-worth!”

For me, enriching my “Spirit” is simply to embrace my family and embrace people whose “Spirit” is greater than mine!
